Leadership Development Series

The Leadership Development Series consists of six instructional programs that address the stages in the journey to leadership competency.  The Series is the hallmark of Future Focus Inc.’s Learning & Development Center and provides a roadmap for leadership development and progression.  The Programs that comprise the Series are sequenced in an order that is typical of leadership growth.  Each program contains several modules covering relevant developmental topics, thereby maximizing customization to suit your needs or those of your organization.

  1. Developing My Potential – an excellent program to assist employees and leaders that have demonstrated high-potential, or are candidates being considered for succession.  Participants will be guided towards creating a focused and sustainable career development plan that will further sharpen their talents within, and set the stage to apply enhanced skills to significantly increase career potential. 
  2. Personal Leadership – participants identify their personal strengths and challenges as a leader or aspiring leader.  A personal leadership profile is developed and aspects of goal setting, time management, habits, character and others are covered within various modules.  This program lays the foundation for leadership success, whether at work, in the community or one’s personal life.
  3. Leadership Engagement – this program is designed to equip aspiring leaders to executives with the practices and competencies necessary to lead successfully at the personal, interpersonal, team and organizational levels.  Modules cover topics such as assertive communications, performance coaching, networking, team building and more.
  4. Management Effectiveness – designed to equip leaders with effective planning and management skills and strategies to strengthen their ongoing ability to improve their execution to departmental and organizational goals.
  5. The Talent-Minded Leader – participants learn how to gain recognition within their organization through developing and leading high performing teams that outperform their peers.  We provide tools and strategies to help you recognize, develop, lead, and inspire talented people.
  6. Strategic Leadership – a balanced approach between management and leadership principles for executives.  Senior leaders will sharpen their ability to align and engage employees, leaders, customers and communities to the organization’s vision and goals.

Our modular design allows complete flexibility for participants and clients to select the most appropriate learning options for their organization.
